GUI compiler failed to embed unzip in your application / error 204 Failed to initialize application installer

Dear,

I'm trying for the first time to compile a main gui with 2 other guis that can be called by pushbuttons.

When packing is done I get next error

When I check the log files it says failed to embed unzip in your application. WHY??

When I ignore this error and try to execute the MyAppInstaller_web I get next error :Failed to initialize application installer (204)

anybody a clue?
