auto-generate code from a command line or m-file

I would like to auto-generate code from a command line or m-file. I would like to take the modeler out of the source code generation loop. We are locked in to versions r14, 2006b, 2010b and 2013. I am looking to see if I can use a script to configure the configuration as to a specific template and options to just generated code, no target compilation and linking. This code generation process is normally done by the user and mistakes can be made for a particular template requiring specific options. I would rather automate this “code generating” process through a command line/script runnable from matlab or a windows shell.
