How to make a pulse train?

I am trying to create a periodic pulse train in Matlab with this data:

With a sampling frequency of 8,000 Hz, I want a vector consisting of a periodic pulse train (length of 4,000 samples) and having a period corresponding a fundamental frequency F0 = 125Hz.

I tried using pulstran but I don't know very well how to use it and I already read the help in Matlab.
