how to connect fuzzy logic controller in simulink to arduino uno hardware?

I obtained 2 ldr voltages through arduino uno to simulink with the help of analog input blocks and compared the inputs and generated error. Then error and change in error is given to fuzzy logic controller. Output of fuzzy logic controller is given to the pwm output to arduino uno .But the fuzzy logic controller is not getting downloaded to hardware. Please help me. Is it not possible to connect fuzzy in simulink to arduino uno. Please help me.
