how to read an imagine with simulink raspberry package support from workpace or scripfile ???

 hi ! 
 i has developed an imagine processing app for rasberry ,
i decide to use  matlab simulink ( with raspberry support package  ).
so , my problem is how i can read an orginial imagine ( that is use to compare with imagine capture from camera ) ??
