I wanted to plot nurbsurf of the program surf"nrbtestsurf" which is in nurbstoolbox

I find at least three different versions of the nurbs toolbox, two of which are in the File Exchange. We do not know which version you are using.

You indicate that it does not work, but you do not describe what happened when you tried. You do not provide any error messages, and you do not describe the inputs you used and the outputs you got.
