There's the possibility to show something hover on a Edit Text??

Hi everybody!

I'd like to show a text when I hover on an Edit Text space (set as ' enable ', ' off'). I'd like to have something like the text that appears hovering an icon, for example hovering on an image icon, infos like resolution, dimension appears...

Does anyone know if such a thing is possible? And if is it possible, how can I do it??
