can optimization in matlab give me the best option between different options depend on one thing?

I am working with producing hydrogen from renewable energy and i want to compare best option in case there is no surplus power , i have many options first i can have big store to keep the excess power on it and use it later or buy electricity from the grid or buy hydrogen from another source and the criteria in all cases is the price of hydrogen , the cheapest one is the good one if yes please could u give some hints many thanks in advance
