lsqcurvefit for complex numbers

Dear all, I wrote the file fitting.m using the lsqcurvefit function but it seems to not work. I have no idea why it doesn't work. Could you please help a look and help? p/s: the txt file is for loading data and myfun.m is for defining function thanks
