Signal_Blocks Licensing error: -5,357

I'm getting this error when trying to use fdesign.notch. I thought the filter design was part of the signal processing toolbox, for which I do have a license.

fdesign.notch is a feature from DSP System Toolbox. You may want to check if you have the license for that product. HTH.
