I have simmechanics model of Barret Hands Robot (7 dofs). How to find matrice tranfers functions from this model directly ?

You need to add input signals from input ports at your input locations (actuating joints, perhaps?) and then get output signals routed to output ports where you wish to take the measurement. From there, you can use MATLAB commands to obtain the transfer function.
