I working on medical image segmentation, I had gone through the papers comprising of simulated annealing with clustering algorithm. But Iam struggling in matlab code for using simulated annealing in images. Can any one help us

On MATLAB Central, there is something called "the File Exchange" http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=annealing where people can upload their own code to share. I found 33 apps on annealing. Try some of them.

Thank you sir, already i had downloaded some of these codes. But here my problem is I have to try simulated annealing in image segmentation. Some papers I had seen in internet , but the code I am struggling.
