what is exactly the Scale values in the SURF point class in computer vision? When I used SURF feature plot function with 'ShowScale' enabled, it plot some circles, but radii of those circles do not match scale values in the SURF points.

The SURF scale is represented by the detection scale of the box filters used for keypoint detection and not the radii of the formed circles. It is in the BRISK pattern that the scale is based on the radius of the BRISK sampling pattern.
