Abnormal activity detection using MATLAB?

Hi. I am working on a project to detect abnormal behaviour like falling down, slipping, chest pain, etc in a video. I have converted the video into frames. I would like to inquire which transform provides better performance for this topic. Also, I'm studying about training my video in neural network but i am unable to get the code for it. Can anyone please help?
