audio sampling rate from not equally spaced samples

Hi! I have the following problem I have a signal (2 columns, time/magnitude) in which the samples are not equally spaced (in time), there is a variable sampling rate (greater than 10 MHz). I want to make an audio signal out of this signal and therefore keep 1 sample every 1/44100 sec. Is there an easy way to do this?
