Implement a Global Pairwise Alignment function using the following scoring scheme: +5 for a match, -2 for a mismatch (substitution), -6 for an insertion or a deletion.

You should also implement the trace back function to output not only the optimal alignment score but also the corresponding alignment.

Your code may output results to the standard output (monitor screen) or a text file.
