I have Dicom matrix 512 by 512 callde "HU". actually its CT HU value matrix. Now I want to multiply each element by this equation
New= 405+ 0.023HU - 0.0041HU^2 (in here square of HU element value).

Not sure what you are asking here. Do you want to transform each element of the HU matrix according to that equation? If yes, try this: New = 405 + 0.023 * HU - 0.0041 * HU.^2 (mind the dot here)
