Dealing with LiDAR Intensity data

I am trying to perform Radiometric Normalization for LiDAR Intensity Data but I am very confused on how to plot the subhistograms for each data strip. The data strips are in a txt file and consists of x,y,z,i and point source data values. Can anyone help me how to plot the subhistograms for each data strip?
