Connecting MATLAB to MATHEMATICA using MATLink

Hi , I have downloaded the Zip file from MATLink website, but not getting what I have to paste in PATH in (Advanced System ) ? Where will I find the that I have to paste ? My downloaded file is C:\Users\dell\Downloads\Compressed\MATLink.zip
Please help .
