help for plotting a graph of moving object

Dear all,

I am doing a project about traffic anomalies detection on highway. My idea is to plot a graph of all detected vehicles and by using graph, estimating motion of all vehicles.Does someone have the relevant code ? Please help me ! Thanks a lot
