Hello,
I have successfully plotted the graphs of 3 phase voltage and current (multiplot) in my GUI figure using axes tool, but is there a way to select/deselect the plots such that only one (or more) can be viewed at a time???
Is there a way to put (for e.g.) check boxes next to the legends for this feature???

Also, is there a way to save both axes (3ph currents & 3ph voltages) in the same .png/.pdf file???
If yes, how do I do that???

If you use the property inspector each plot (plot group?) will be presented in a summary and you can set it invisible. If that does not work you can go down and change the Visible property to 'off'
There is no option in legend() to create selection boxes. You can, though, create ButtonDownFcn callbacks for the lines to turn them off by clicking on them, or otherwise maintain a radiobutton array to allow them to be turned on or off.
