Generating characteristics of power electronics devices

I am trying to simulate the forward and reverse characteristcs of a PE device in Simulink. Can anyone please guide me how do I go about doing it such that I get the characteristics for different forward/reverse voltages applied, on the same plot for comparison? (Something similar to the in built example of elec_mosfet)

You can make use of mathematical models for the extraction of characteristics as similar to that of a solar cell in MATLAB
