Compiled model shows different results than the original one

Hello, Right now I have to use Matlab 2014a (64 bit)for the next application. i have a model that works plausible. When I compile it I get other and not plausible results! I use the SDK-compiler. When I use the Accelerator and the normal mode the model shows similar results. I have used Matlab 2011b until now. Therefore I made another test. I generated a new model from 2014a, which is running with 2011b (32bit). The model has been successfully compiled and works plausible. My question now is: Why does the compiled model show another results than the original one? Please I need your help.
