Historically speaking, it is very very uncommon for people to be sent source for a project of this complexity. You are better off assuming that no-one will send you the source you are asking for, and instead write the source yourself.

i need to apply mrf in multicontourlet based image fusion.can u suggest me some ideas to develop my project
