Bertool problem: after starting bertool, it plots a single point and then stops running!

Greetings.

I am working on a DVB-S2X simulation in Simulink and have already implemented all compatible modulations (modulators and demodulators), square root raised cosine filters and AWGN channel. The system is working without errors, and I can manually set EB/No values and watch the BER increase or decrease. Now I need to generate BER plots with Bertool to assess the system performance. The problem is that whenever I run the Bertool, it only plots a single point and then stops the simulation. I have already checked many manuals about Bertool and haven't been able yet to find the problem. Can anyone help?
