scale model for dynamic system

Hi, I have a case study ( active suspension system) which consists of many parameters and my aim is to construct an experimental test plant similar to the real plant but I must use a scale model (small plant) to study the same dynamic behavior that must be similar to the real one. The question: Is there a function can give a scale model for a dynamic system (real one). Thanks
