How can I read a file which is an output of Labview?

Hi all I have a file form labview and I want to read it with Matlab and write it to an excel file. I can open it form Excel but I can not do it with xlsread command. Any body can help? The file is shared in my google drive: The file Thanks Hamid

What file type is it? Depending on the file type, csvread, importdata, or dlmread may be options to try.

The Google Drive file is not public access.
