Supercapac​itor/ultra​capacitor

Anyone knows how to draw a Supercapacitor/Ultracapacitor using simpowersystems? Which components is in the supercapacitor?

There is a Supercapacitor block in SimPowerSystems-> Electric Drives in Matlab version 2013a and I suppose further.
