Previous value, Simulink

All I want to do is to update a bias correction value, let's call it b. The equation is b(+) = b(-) + Ki*Ts/(z-1)*sigma, where b0 is the a known initial vector [.1 .1 .1]. This is what I'm doing now, is this correct or do I need a sample and hold?
