how to convert a voltage signal to a simulink signal

i have converted the simulink signal to voltage signal using controlled voltage source block but i need to convert it again to the simulink signal. what do i do? plz help

Use a voltage sensor. If using Specialized Power Systems, the output would be a Simulink signal. If using Simscape technology, the output would be a physical signal that can be converter using a PS-Simulink Converter block.
