GUI position and width errors

I change the position unit from 'normalized' to 'pixel' or any other unit. It shows that the width and length will be 0!!! Here is the screenshot:

How does it happen? Besides, I check the parent handle of this odd handle. the parent handle is OK when change from normalized to other units!!!!
