How can I use 'impixelinfo' function?

It sends me a message "Undefined command/function 'impixelinfo'". What's wrong with Matlab? Please help me!

Perhaps you don't have the Image Processing Toolbox (IPT), or perhaps you have a very old version (before R14). Give the command "ver". The output should include a line saying what version of the IPT you have. If this line is missing or the version is very old, you need to download and possibly license the IPT.

I am using R14, it also has Image Processing Toolbox.
