Are you familiar with Simscape? This modeling framework which sits on Simulink provides several pre-made blocks for all sorts of elements like springs, dampers, resistors, cylinders, etc.
That being said, there is a example you can start looking at which is the Pneumatic Actuator Circuit.
The basic block that performs this piston force-pressure converstion would be the Pneumatic Piston Chamber block.

Thank you sir for your fast reply As i am Little bit aware of Sim scape
sir in Pneumatic Piston Chamber - inbuilt piston chamber is there. In my case i want output of crank shaft torque by supplying compressed air to piston head over there expansion of air occurs and develop forces and push the piston and through connecting rod crank rotates.
& I have crated piston cylinder connecting rod crank assembly in CAD software mechanism and imported in MATLAB simulink. As here with i attached file .mdl file also.
