Why is my simulation getting worse after i use gensim to create an simulink model of my neural network?

I trained a neural network with the tool nntool. After the training I simulate my network to proof the perfomance in the GUI of nntool. The results are very good. So I want to put the neural network in an simulink model. When I use gensim(neural_network,sampletime) and simulate my simulink model withe the same Inputs, the result is getting worse. What is the different between nntool and gensim when I start the simulation. Can anyone help? Thank you for your support.
