cant install simulink support package lego nxt 2.0

when i try install simulink support for lego nxt 2.0 appears : "Cannot download https://www.mathworks.com/supportpackages/gnu_tools_arm/gcc-arm-none-eabi-4_6-2012q4-20121016.exe: Error downloading URL" help please, before i had the same problem installing fantom driver, same installer

The LEGO NXT Simulink support package downloads and installs certain third party software from Sourceforge.net. The servers on Sourceforge.net are experiencing issues and were down. As of now, the Sourceforge links are up and running and you should be able to download the support package.

I have the same problem. Any time I like to install the support package for Lego Mindstorms NXT with Matlab version 2015a, I got "Error installing third party software Fantom USB Driver". Please help!
