I can't use matalbpool

Hello, I when I write matlabpool in may computer have one err. I donto know why?

??? Error using ==> matlabpool at 133 Found an active interactive session. You cannot have multiple interactive sessions open simultaneously. To terminate the existing session, use matlabpool close

Close all the MATLAB sessions running on your computer and try again.
