Modelling Error for OP-AMP Zero Crossing Model

Hello everyone.

I'm facing error for modelling the OP-AMP for zero crossing function. Here's the screenshot of my simulink model:

Actually, I'm simulating for this circuit here (eliminating the 1V reference):

However, the simulink model above encountered error.
