Time step question - 3

In reply to my previous post, Arthur Goldsipe suggested that although there is no easy way to pause a simulation between time steps, I am able to run a simulation for a specific number of time steps. Is it possible to very the input based on time (i,e,. a multidimensional input with time and concentrations for example)? If so, would it be possible for you to provide me with an example?
