How to accept a Structure , (with each as as 2-D Matrix) as input into an C S-Function?

I have a S-function, which uses Shared Memory, and gives an output , which is

Structure

                struct A{  
    
    double d[6][400];

double W[6][400];

double R[6][400];

double a[6][400];

                double v[6][400];

};

I want to accept this as an input the S-function. How to do? Please help me.
