Loop coefficients of a continous time Loop Filter

Hello,

I have to design a second order continous time delta sigma modulator. How do I get the continous time loop filter coefficients so that I can model it in simulink. Although I understand that i can use the dsexample1 to get the desired NTF in z domain but how to do the continous time mapping? Please guide.
