How to properly cite a demo code in research project?

Hi, I have used a demo code named 'ExtractNLargestBlobs' in my project.Since it is not a built-in function, i'm afraid giving citations to MATLAB Image processing toolbox alone would not be sufficient. Could anybody tell me how i could give citations properly to the aforementioned work? Thanks in advance!
