Why do I receive MathWorks Error 5201?

I am using a Campus-Wide License from the University of Belgrade. The online installer completes, but MATLAB immediately shows error 5201 on first launch. MathWorksServiceHost.exe is missing, and the "MathWorks Service Host" Windows service is not installed. I have already reinstalled MATLAB several times.

I tried following these steps but I only got ERROR: The process "MathWorksServiceHost.exe" not found. I tried uninstall and reinstall MATLAB several times.
