Share Data between Level-2 MATLAB S-Function and Workspace.Plz Help

How to share data from a Level 2 Matlab S-Funtion to a base workspace. What is the right way to use 'assignin' and 'evalin' functions.

Is there any other method to share data between functions and base workspace.

I have attached the Simulink file for reference. Please suggest.
