古いPCを売却済の為​、アクティベーション​停止ができず、新しい​PCのアクティベーシ​ョンができません

ライセンスの保守更新を行った後に、新しいPCにMATLABをインストールしアクティベーションを実施しましたが、古いPCのアクティベーション停止をもとめられました。

しかし、古いPCは売却済の為、アクティベーション停止処理ができません。

どうすれば良いでしょうか？
