Why do I receive message "No eligible products" when trying to download the MathWorks Prerelease Software?

I have a prerelease trial that I am an end user of but after visiting the MathWorks Prelease FAQ Page and clicking on the option to Download, I receive the following message:

How can I resolve this issue and download the Prerelease?

MathWorks is aware of this issue and it is currently under investigation. While the message implies that you are not licensed for any prerelease products, you should still have access to Download and Activate the software unless access was not permitted when added to the license.

To Download the software:

1. Visit the MathWorks website and sign into your MathWorks Account.
2. Under "License Actions" click on the Downwards arrow for your Prerelease Trial License.

You should be redirected to the MathWorks Downloads Page for the Prerelease where you can select to Download the MathWorks Product Installer for your Operating System.
