How to convert nrrd file to xml+hdr

Dear Expert,

I have nrrd file after done segmentation using 3D Slicer. I want convert it to xml and hdr file. The example of xml and hdr file as attached. The original file (dicom) also I have as attached. you can get all the data in this link.

I have not taken a look at your files yet, but the below functions should help you achieve te conversion:

2) There are multiple ways to create an XML file, I feel this would be the best in your case:
