New Webserver License added to our account?

We host the main license for MatLab and use Flex-LM. In the past, when a Lab wanted a new feature or tool box, it got added to our licens file. In this case, it appears that the new web server toolkit is separate from our main license:

XXXX Concurrent Academic

xxxxxxxx Concurrent Academic

Does this mean we need another FlexLM onstance, or can this toolbox be rolled into our main XXXX license file?
