TL-TL Hex Not Showing "Shell and Tube" in the dropdown menu [Simulink]

Hello Matlab community,

I have a query regarding the TL-TL on Simulink. According to the instructions here, I should be able to see a "Shell and Tube" option where I can further specify parameters such as # passes. As you can see from my screenshot below, I do not see it - is there any way you could guide me towards adding it? Can we add # passes without needing tabulated data?

Hello Michela,

It sounds like the “Shell and Tube” option might be missing due to an incomplete add-on or toolbox. Try reinstalling the Heat Exchanger blockset and check Simscape settings.
