I have problem when use simulation function for quantum. number of qubits is limited by 20-30 qubits. how can imrove this problem by 130 qubits?

The limit of 20-30 qubits is what would be expected for a state vector simulation, which requires a vector of length 2^NumQubits. For 130 qubits, that would require 10^40 bytes, meaning 10^28 terabytes - far from practical.
For larger cases, there also exists tensor network simulation, where the memory requirements depend on the specific circuit. In the worst case it requires the same memory as before, but quite a few circuits can be simulated more efficiently.
With the MATLAB support package for Quantum Computing and an Amazon Braket account, you can use their Tensor Network Simulator which runs in the cloud, and supports up to 50 qubits:
I'm afraid 130 qubits is still a very big ask to simulate. I assume the restriction there is guided by the restricted set of circuits with more than 50 qubits that can practically be simulated.
