I've been working through the "Battery Pack Modelling" course using Simulink Online (SimulinkR2024b), but I’ve hit a roadblock with Task 4 in the exercise “Exploring the Custom Battery Pack Block” (Section 2.1 - Pack Modelling). The issue arises when trying to complete the "Training Assessment." Even after following all the steps exactly, my submission keeps failing.
To summarize the task: We’re supposed to log the batteryVoltage port, set the Stop Time to 200, run the simulation, and then inspect the results using the Data Inspector. The instructions mention selecting “NewPack(8)” and converting it to channels (24), then viewing the battery voltages by selecting NewPack (1,1) and NewPack (10,1).
However, my Data Inspector shows “NewPack:3 (8)” instead of the expected “NewPack(8).” When I click on this option, I don’t see the choice for "Convert to channels (24)"—it only offers “Convert to channels (8)." Because of this, I can't find NewPack (1,1) or NewPack (10,1) as described, and I suspect this discrepancy is what’s causing the assessment to fail.
Could someone check if there might be an issue with the task instructions or confirm whether I'm missing something? Thanks in advance!

Hey @Nuno,
According to a staff member's statement in the MATLAB Answers query linked here, this is an issue in the "Battery Pack Modelling" self-paced online course with no current workaround:
The staff also states that the issue has been internally reported and is expected to be fixed in the next update.
